The Conference and Trade Show Industry Are Changing for the Better: The Portrait Masters Conference

Terminated the years I have had the pleasure of attending a handful of workshops, trade in shows, and conferences, simply the last two I have attended have been different, and the changes I see are tickling.

But it's also on a much smaller scale than traditional shows or conferences. But while at Sony Kando, I was told about The Portrait Masters Conference. The vibe was welcoming and supporting and gave all attendees the chance to network and create in collaboration.

Often as creatives, we sense solo — creating in our own quad without much feedback. Conferences like this give you the boost and excitement to create. I think I utter for much of mass when I pronounce I came back from the event touch refreshed and ready to make!

About TPM I throw to say WOW, yes a big Sidesplitter. It is non a normal photography funfair. Yeah, it has the brands at the trade show, but I don't opine it was about the sales. I think TPM is changing the way of educational activity photography. It is not just a someone saying what they toy with how photography should be, they also eff live, ahead of that amount of people.

The Portrait Edgar Lee Masters is unlike whatsoever photography league I've ever cared-for in the best of ways. I just attended the 3rd annual conference, this time was my first time as a TPM instructor and being behind the scenes. And...do you know how sometimes when you learn "behind the curtain", of an organization you meet the ugly bits and it kind of loses its splendor? I had the exact opposite experience. I got to see a team up of brilliant talents coming together, bringing their own unique skills together to make up an extraordinary production... a team of hoi polloi who weren't complaining active existence overworked and tired, merely kinda bounteous affair toasts and hugs and high fives. It was impartial as, if non more good-looking behind the scenes than sitting in the interview. I'm also in absolute fear of the endowment that is recruited by TPM to teach and be a part of the group discussion. They have such a knack for selecting instructors and cultivating a community that is completely geared towards learning and mastering your craft... spell as wel having fun parties and a esthetic environment.
